At Corporate Clean LLC, we strive to provide high-quality cleaning services. If you are not satisfied with a service, please contact us within 2 days of the service date so we can address your concerns.

Service Issues

• If a cleaning service was incomplete or did not meet the agreed-upon scope, we will work with you to correct it promptly at no additional charge.

Refunds

• Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and are limited to the amount paid for the affected service.

• Requests for refunds must be submitted within 3 days of the service.

Exceptions

• Refunds will not be issued for services completed as agreed or for issues beyond our control, such as late cancellations or no-shows.
